新常态下提升服务能力 助力企业改革发展的思考

Thinking of Improving Service Ability to Promote Enterprises' Reform and Development in the New Normal

石油石化行业进入经济新常态和持续低油价发展的"极寒期",职工群体中各种矛盾和问题开始突现,如何在经济新常态下,发挥各级工会组织职工的独特优势,面向职工群众提升服务能力,教育引导广大职工认识新常态、理解新常态、支持新常态,为油田改革发展贡献智慧和力量,成为工会组织研究的课题。本文依据提升服务企业发展、服务职工群众能力的重要意义和遵循原则,通过在工会工作中提升服务能力具体措施的实施,推进工会组织为职工服务提质量上水平做了全面的诠释。

The petroleum and petrochemical industry is in the New Normal of economy and‘extremely cold period’of continuously low petroleum price and various problems have begun to appear in the staff group,so how to display the unique advantages of labor union organizations at all levels,so how to promote the service ability for masses of workers,how to educate and guide wide staff and workers to know the New Normal,understand the New Normal and support the New Normal and how to contribute wisdom and power to the reform and development of oilfield have become the research topic for labor union organization.In this paper,it has made comprehensive expounding of staff service quality level promotion by labor union organization based on the important significance and followed principle of service enterprises’development and service staff ability promotion and through the implementation of specific service ability promotion measures in labor union work.
