浅谈合同的电子信息化管理

合同是现代企业运营发展中的重要组成部分,是企业与承包方、客户之间各项约定的书面载体,不仅是各项权利与义务关系的证明,也是企业进行各项经营活动的原始依据。所以合同的管理与企业的发展、效益和风险控制密切相关。在电子科技技术不断进步的今天,利用更高效的电子信息化技术代替传统的合同管理模式,能够使合同管理更加科学化、规范化、高效化和流程化,从而提高企业的合同管理水平,适应现代化企业对合同管理的新要求、新标准,为企业的运营发展提供有力支持,这也是现代企业未来合同管理的一个趋势。作者结合自身的合同管理经验,做出以下部分总结,供参考。

Contract is an important structure for the operation and development of present enterprises,either the crucial guarantee for the social service and continuable operation of enterprise,or the certification of relationship of right and obligation between enterprise and client,and the income carrier of enterprise.Therefore,the level of contract management of enterprise is related to the operation,benefit and risk defense.With the development of electronics technology,it is the direction to take full advantage of information technology to take place of the traditional contract management,implement to scientization and efficiency and normalize,promote the level of contract management and achieve to the requirement of informatization time for the operation and development of enterprise.This paper is the consequence from the experience of author for consultant and discussion.
