摘要
随着全民健身的热度不断升温,大大推动了羽毛球运动的开展,越来越多的人开始参加羽毛球运动,但是一些不合理的运动方式也层层出现,导致参加者出现各种运动后的损伤,这也是全面健身普及中常出现的问题。所以该文主要通过对羽毛球运动者出现损伤的部位及其原因等进行研究,得出结论并提出羽毛球运动伤病的预防措施,帮助运动者健康、安全的运动,同时促进羽毛球运动的和谐发展。
With the continuous warming of the national fitness,greatly promoted the development of badminton,more and more people began to participate in badminton,but some unreasonable movement patterns are also appear,resulting in participants after a variety of sports injuries,Which is also a comprehensive fitness popular problems often arise.Therefore,this article mainly through the badminton movement on the site and its causes of injury,etc.,and concluded that the proposed badminton injury prevention measures to help athletes healthy and safe movement,while promoting the harmonious development of badminton.
