摘要 廊檐与花窗,茶壶与梅瓶,刺绣与版画……这些传统文化之美,源自于木匠、陶匠等诸多手工匠人的精湛技艺,是他们的细心打磨为日常生活涂上了色彩,温婉的、雅致的,或是喜庆的。岁月的年轮中,技艺在演变,但匠人精神却在新的时代被赋予了更多的内涵。 While the rate of college graduates obtaining employment is decreasing, vocational education is getting more and more attention in China in recent years. In this issue, we introduce some international experience about vocational education. A dual education system combines apprenticeship in a company and vocational education at a vocational school, and is practiced in some countries such as Germany, Austria, and France. The dual education system in Germany is rated as worldclass and plays an important role for its economy. After participating in a training in Germany in 2015, Wang Chaohui from Changsha, capital city of Hunan Province, fi nally knew why many Chinese schools tried to learn and apply the dual system from Germany, but it didn't work out: In Germany most students come to vocational school after they have contracted with a company to work in the company after graduation – so the company's participation is really active; while Chinese vocational schools couldn't get companies to be involved like that. Zhou Feilun analyzed why German companies are so active in cooperation with vocational schools.
