摘要
为实现肉品从生产到屠宰等环节的全程实时监管及全方位快速追踪,云南省于2014年启动了畜产品"放心肉"工程建设,构建了"放心肉"追溯系统。该系统实现了猪肉产品生产环节监管及来源追溯的网络化管理,追溯准确、效率明显、质量安全。本文对推广应用可能遇到的经费、制度、宣传等方面的问题进行了思考,以期为各地实施"从养殖到餐桌"的全程可追溯管理提供参考。
For exploring methods for the whole process real-time regulation and rapid traceability of meat from production to slaughter,Yunnan launched livestock“safe meat”project in2014,and developed the“safe meat”traceability system.The system realizes the network management of the supervision over pork products at the production process and the tracing back of source of the products,with the features of accurate traceability,high efficiency.Meanwhile,the article also summarizes problems that may be encountered during the extension and application of the project in terms of budget,institution and publicity,with a view to provide a reference for various regions in the implementation of the whole process of traceability management“from farm to table”.
