Mediation Experience of a Dispute on Animal Deaths Caused by Using Veterinary Drugs

通过对一起兽药经营矛盾纠纷的调处过程进行分析,提出了兽药经营过程中矛盾纠纷的调处方法与关键环节,为进一步化解兽药经营企业与养殖户之间的矛盾,规范兽药经营秩序提供一定的参考。

A case of dispute on animal deaths caused by using veterinary drugs was investigated.By analyzing the mediation process,the methods and key points to settle disputes caused by selling veterinary drugs were put forward,so as to give reference to resoving relevent the contradictions between veterinary drug sellers and farmers.
