洪涝灾害对畜禽养殖和动物防疫的影响

Effects of Flood Disaster on Livestock and Poultry Production and Animal Diseases Prevention

2016年湖北省因多次出现大到暴雨,致使畜禽养殖业受灾严重。本文分析了洪涝灾害对畜禽养殖业的危害及其给动物防疫工作带来的影响,提出了强化灾后动物防疫工作的对策,如完善防汛抗灾应急预案、做好灾情预警、及时排查安全隐患、及时对死亡畜禽进行无害化处理、规范灾后消毒灭源工作、加强免疫接种和管理、做好防控人员自身防护等。

In the plum rains season in2016,the livestock and poultry production sector was affected seriously in Hubei Province,because of torrential rain.The harm of flood disaster to livestock breeding industry and its impact on animal epidemic prevention were introduced in this article.Suggestions of strengthening animal epidemic prevention after the disaster were put forward,including improving the contingency plan of flood control and disaster relief,providing proper disaster early warning,timely indentifying hidden risks,promptly completing the bio-safety disposal of dead animals,strictly regulating the disinfection and elimination of resources after the disaster,strengthening immunization and management,ensuring the appropriate self-protection of staff for animal disease prevention and control,and so on.
