Research Progress on Detection Methods of Swine Toxoplasmosis

弓形虫病是一种人兽共患寄生虫病。本文综述了猪弓形虫病的最新实验室检测方法研究情况,如病原学检测方法、血清学检测方法(包括凝集试验和ELISA)和分子生物学检测方法(包括PCR、荧光定量PCR、PCR-RFLP、原位PCR、免疫-PCR、环介导等温扩增法和核度探针技术)等,阐述了不同检测方法的检测效果和优缺点,以期为猪弓形虫病的检测与防控提供参考。

Toxoplasmosis is a zoonotic parasitic disease.The research progress on the latest detection methods of Swine Toxoplasmosis were introduced in this paper,inluding the pathogenic serological detection methods,detection methods(including agglutination test and ELISA),molecular biological detection methods(including PCR,PCR,PCR-RFLP,fluorescence quantitative PCR,in situ immune-PCR,loop mediated isothermal amplification of probe and nuclear technology)and so on.The advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods were analyzed,in order to provide reference for the detection and prevention of Swine Toxoplasmosis
