创新发展理念下协商民主制度化进路探析

A Study on Institutionalization of Consultative Democracy from the Perspective of Innovation and Development

社会主义建设进入全面建成小康社会决胜阶段对协商民主提出了新的更高要求。为承担起历史和人民赋予的重任,应坚定站在坚持和发展中国特色社会主义高度上,以创新发展理念为指引,多措并举完善协商民主,不断推进协商民主制度化,实现制度创新,使其在全面建成小康社会和实现社会主义现代化的实践过程中起到应有作用。

The socialist construction has entered a stage of complete construction of a well-off society and a new and higher demand for deliberative democracy has been put forward.In order to undertake the important task given by history and people,some steps should be undertaken:firmly standing on the height of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,using the innovation development idea as guidance,perfecting the more consultative democracy,constantly promoting the institutionalization of consultative democracy,realizing system innovation,building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing socialist modernization.
