摘要
将具有非经济目标等特质性的家族企业引入创新研发能力测评领域,构建由5个二级测评指标和23个三级测评指标构成的指标体系,从创新研发投入能力、产出能力、企业家特质及企业创新倾向、企业内部环境、企业外部制度环境五个方面测评家族企业创新研发能力。其中,创新研发投入能力是家族企业进行创新研发的基础条件;创新研发产出能力是企业将研发成果转化应用后的经济效益和社会效应,对后续创新研发的积极性和导向性产生重要影响;企业家精神是影响家族企业创新研发能力的重要因素;企业内部环境和外部环境是家族企业顺利进行创新研发的基础和重要保障。前2个二级指标由12个三级指标构成,共同体现创新研发能力测评指标的普适性;后3个二级指标由11个三级指标构成,在测评体系中共同体现家族企业创新研发的特质性。
By introducing family firms with such special natures as non-financial targets into the field of innovation capability evaluation,the authors establish an indicator system with5second-level indicators and23third-level indicators,and evaluate the innovation capability of family firms from such five aspects as the capacity for R&D investment,capacity for R&D output,the nature of entrepreneur and enterprises’intention for innovation,the internal environment,and external institutional environment.The capability for R&D investment is the basic condition for family firm to make innovation;the capability for R&D output is the economic benefit and social effect after the R&D achievement transformation;and the internal and external environment is the basis and guarantee for the family firms to make innovation.The first2second-level indicators are comprised of12third-level indicators,which will be used to demonstrate the inclusive nature of the evaluation indicators of innovation capability;and the other3second-level indicators are comprised of11third-level indicators,which will be used to demonstrate the specific nature of family firms in innovation.
