四川省射击运动后备人才训练现状与分析

Current Situation and Analysis of the Training of Reserve Personnel Training In Sichuan Province

后备人才是国家竞技体育人才队伍的基础,是竞技体育项目得以可持续发展的根基,只有客观、准确认识竞技体育项目后备人才培养的现状及所存在的不足,该项目才有发展的后劲。射击运动是四川省的传统优势体育项目之一,培养了张山、曹逸飞、刘天佑、兰兴、浦琪峰和喻丹等国际健将,他们为促进四川省竞技体育事业发展做出了突出贡献。所以,在四川射击运动取得优异成绩的同时,为了更好保持四川射击运动的可持续发展,加强对射击后备人才的研究尤为重要。本文以四川省射击后备人才为研究对象,通过深入调查研究,找出影响四川省射击运动发展的各种因素,并提出与之相应的有效对策,为以后四川省射击运动的可持续发展提供一些理论参考。

Reserve talent is the foundation of national sports team sports talents,is the foundation of sustainable development of the competitive sports items,only the objective,accurate understanding of competitive sports reserve personnel training present situation and the existence problems,this project will have development potential.Shooting is one of the traditional advantage of Sichuan province sports,trained Zhang Shan,Cao Yifei,Liu Tianyou,Lan Xing,Pu Qifeng and Yu Dan international master,they have made outstanding contributions to promote the sports development in Sichuan province.Therefore,the excellent results achieved in Sichuan shooting at the same time,in order to maintain the sustainable development of Sichuan shooting sports,it is particularly important to strengthen the research on the firing of the reserve talents.In this paper,the research object of Sichuan province shooting reserve talents,through in-depth investigation and study,find out the influence factors of the development of Sichuan shooting sports,and put forward the corresponding effective countermeasures,for the future of Sichuan Province,the sustainable development of the shooting to provide some theoretical reference.
