欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后大出血效果观察及护理效果分析

Hemabate Treatment for Postpartum Hemorrhage and Nursing Effect Analysis

目的:探究宫缩乏力性产后大出血患者联合应用欣母沛与综合护理所取得的治疗效果。方法:择取2014年5月—2016年5月期间于笔者所在医院分娩并因宫缩乏力而发生产后大出血的50例患者,按照采取的不同治疗护理措施进行分组:应用缩宫素并实行常规护理的25例患者归入对照组,应用欣母沛并实行综合护理的25例患者归入研究组。组间对比治疗护理效果及相关临床指标。结果:就疗效而言,研究组(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%);就出血量而言,研究组为(158.55±11.06)mL,少于对照组的(245.95±19.54)mL;就止血时间而言,研究组为(58.73±8.74)s,少于对照组的(120.48±5.83)s。两组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用欣母沛并实行综合护理可以有效减少产后出血量,加快止血速度,可谓是治疗宫缩乏力性产后大出血的良好选择。

Objective:To explore the combined therapeutic effect hemabate and integrated care for postpartum hemorrhage in patients with uterineinertia.Method:50patients with uterine inertia and postpartum hemorrhage in hospitals from May2014to May2016were chosen and grouped:25patients with the application of oxytocin and the implementation of the general nursing were included in to the control group,and25patients with theapplication hemabate and implement comprehensive care were included into the study group.Clinical care benefits and related indicators of treatmentwere compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of efficacy,the study group(96.00%)was higher(76.00%);on the amount of bleeding,thestudy group(158.55±11.06)mL was less than the control group(245.95±19.54)mL;the time to stop the bleeding in the study group(58.73±8.74)was shorter than the control group(120.48±5.83)s(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate with comprehensive care can effectively reduce postpartumhemorrhage,accelerate the speed of hemostasis,thus,it is a good choice for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.
