护理干预应用于加减八珍汤联合放疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效观察

The Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Modified Bazhen Decoction Combined with Radiotherapy for Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨护理干预应用于加减八珍汤联合放疗治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法:于2014年9月—2015年9月期间,我院90例宫颈癌患者,均给予加减八珍汤治疗,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),每组各45例,根据焦虑评价量表(SAS)和抑郁评价量表(SDS),生活质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30),比较两组患者护理前后SAS和SDS评分,生活质量各维度得分及总分,以及护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组护理后SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组护理后生活质量各维度得分及总分均明显提高,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显提升,P<0.05。结论:加减八珍汤联合放疗治疗宫颈癌期间,护理干预能够改善宫颈癌患者的负面情绪,提升患者的生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention in the treatment of modified Bazhen decoction combined with radiotherapyfor patients with cervical cancer.Method:90patients with cervical cancer treated by modified Bazhen decoction combined with radiotherapy in ourhospital during the period from Sep2014to Sep2015were randomized into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(nursingintervention)according to the random number method,with45patients per group.The SAS scores,SDS scores on post-nursing,each dimension andtotal scores of life quality,and satisfaction degree for nursing service in the two groups according to the anxiety rating scale(SAS)and depressionrating scale(SDS),the life quality scale(EORTC QLQ-C30)were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the SAS scores and SDSscores were significantly decreased on post-nursing in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the each dimension and totalscores of life quality were significantly increased on post-nursing in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the patients’satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of modifiedBazhen decoction combined with radiotherapy for patients with cervical cancer,the nursing intervention can significantly adjust the negative emotionsand improve the patients’life quality and satisfaction degree.
