输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗老年输尿管结石的有效性和安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of elderly patients with ureteral calculi

目的分析输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术治疗老年输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法选取2013年8月-2015年9月期间我院收治的120例老年输尿管结石患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者采用气压弹道碎石术,观察组患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,比较两组患者的碎石成功率和并发症发生率。结果碎石成功率以及术后并发症发生率方面,输尿管镜钬激光碎石术优于气压弹道碎石术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年输尿管结石患者而言,采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术成功率更高,且术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsyand pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of elderly patients with ureteral calculi.Methods From August2013to September2015,120cases of senile patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into controlgroup and observation group,with60cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated withpneumatic lithotripsy.The observation group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy.The success rate and complication rate of two groups were compared.Results In the success rate of lithotripsyand postoperative complications,the observation group was better than the control group,all with statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with ureteral calculi,success rate of ureteroscopy holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy is higher,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower,so it is worthy of clinicalapplication.
