夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的疗效及对ET-1、NO的影响

The effect of prunella vulgaris decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension and its influence on ET-1 and NO

目的探讨夏枯草汤治疗老年高血压的疗效及对内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量的影响。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月我院收治的老年高血压患者88例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。对照组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用夏枯草汤进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血管功能和临床疗效。结果经过相应的药物治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的ET-1含量低于对照组,NO含量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压采用降压药物联合夏枯草汤治疗的效果显著,可使患者的血压得以有效降低,血管内皮功能得以有效改善,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of prunella vulgaris decoction in the treatment of senilehypertension and its influence on endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO).Methods Between January2014and January2015,88cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospitale were selected and divided intothe control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)according to random number table method.Patients inthe control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,while the observation group was treated withprunella vulgaris decoction on the basis of the control group.The vascular function and clinical efficacy werecompared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate ofthe observation group was93.18%,higher than that of the control group(68.18%),and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The content of ET-1in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the content of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,all with statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of antihypertensive drugs combined with prunella vulgaris decoctionin the treatment of senile hypertension is significant,which can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patientsand improve the vascular endothelial function.
