比较尿液分析仪潜血检验与显微镜红细胞计数检验方法在尿液潜血检验中的效果

目的分析应用显微镜行红细胞计数操作以及应用尿液分析仪对于临床尿液潜血测试的准确性。方法随机抽选2014年3月-2015年3月在我院行尿液检测的100例患者,将留取的尿液应用显微镜行红细胞计数操作以及尿液分析仪测试,分析并比较两种方法的准确性。结果两者检测都呈现阳性的共19例,当将显微镜下行红细胞形态与计数作参照,则经尿液分析仪测试中的假阳性比例是13.64%,假阴性比例是8.97%。当将尿液分析仪测试作参照,则显微镜下行红细胞形态与计数的假阳性比例是26.92%,假阴性比例是4.05%。结论应用显微镜行红细胞计数操作以及应用尿液分析仪对于临床尿液的潜血测试的准确性存在一定的差异,因此在临床中可考虑按照患者的病情严重程度与可能的类型状况具体选取某种检测或将两者共同联合进行检测的方法,以便于疾病及时有效地诊断,避免延误病情。

Objective To analyze the Comparison of effect between urine analyzer occult blood testand microscopy red blood cell count testing methods in urine occult blood test.Methods From March2014toMarch2015,100cases who were implemented urine examination in our hospital were selected.The remainingurine was tested by microscope and the urine analyzer.The accuracy of the two methods was analyzed andcompared.Results A total of19cases were positive by two methods.When the red blood cell morphology andcount were used as the reference,the false positive rate was13.64%,and the false negative ratio was about8.97%.When the urine analyzer was used as the reference,the false positive ratio was26.92%,and the false negativeratio was4.05%.Conclusion There are some differences of the accuracy between microscopy red blood cell countand urine analyzer for urine occult blood test.Therefore,it is possible to select a kind of detection or combine thetwo methods in the clinic according to the severity of the patient's condition and the possible type,in order tofacilitate the timely and effective diagnosis and to avoid delay of the disease.
