从心肾论治轻度认知损害中医综合治疗方案的临床疗效评价研究

Clinical effective research on comprehensive TCM treatment for mild cognitive impairment based on the TCM thoery of heart kidney

目的:从心肾论治轻度认知损害中医综合治疗方案的临床疗效,以更好地改善轻度认知损害患者的生存及生活质量。方法:随机选择我院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的200例轻度认知损害患者作为实验研究对象,按照具体治疗方案的不同分为150例的治疗组和50例的参照组两组。参照组行常规原发病基础治疗;治疗组根据治疗方案不同分为治疗1组(中药治疗)、治疗2组(中药汤剂联合一种中医特色疗法)、治疗3组(中药联合两种以上特色疗法治疗)。结果:治疗组150例患者的中医证候积分、ADAS-COG-DVR降低,而MMSE评分变高,差异对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05,均明显优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组进行为期6周的治疗后,治疗3组中医证候积分、ADAS-COG-DVR、MMSE评分均优于治疗1、2组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗组IADL评分对比治疗前、参照组,P>0.05。结论:从心肾论治轻度认知损害中医综合治疗方案的临床效果显著,中医综合治疗效果明显优于单纯药物治疗效果,能够缩短轻度认知损害的治疗周期,可以在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of comprehensive TCM treatment on mild cognitive impairment.Methods:200patients were randomly se lected from January2014to January2015as the experimental research subjects,according to the specific treatment,they were divided into150cases of the treatment group and50cases of the control group,the control group received routine primary disease foundation treatment while the treatment group was further divided into treatment group1(TCM therapy),treatment group2(Individual TCM medicine therapy),treatment group3(TCM combined two or more characteristic therapy)according to the different treatments.Results:In the treatment group,TCM symptom integral,ADAS COG-DVR of150cases were reduced,and the MMSE score became higher,the differences were statistically significant,P<0.05,all the indexes were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.After6weeks of treatment,TCM symptom integral,ADAS COG-DVR,MMSE score of treatment group3were better than those of the treatment group1,2,P<0.05.Treatment group IADL scores were better compared with that before treatment and control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:The curative effect of comprehensive TCM treatment had significant effect in treating mild cognitive impairment,and could shorten the treatment cycle of mild cognitive impairment.
