黄芪建中汤加减联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎45例疗效观察

Treating 45 cases of chronic gastritis with the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction plus moxibustion therapy

目的:观察应用黄芪建中汤加减联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:笔者用黄芪建中汤加减联合艾灸治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎45例,与西药对症支持治疗45例进行临床对照观察。结果:治疗组的显著好转率及总有效率分别为68.9%、86.7%,明显高于对照组(55.6%、71.1%),两者存在显著性差异(P<0.05),同时两组治疗前后的胃镜检查也存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减联合艾灸对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者有一定的治疗作用,其临床疗效显著。

Objective:to observe efficacy of the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction plus moxibustion on chronic gastritis.Methods:the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction plus moxibustion was applied in treating45cases of chronic gastritis,and western medicine also was applied to support other45cases as controlled.Results:significantly the recovery and total efficiency of treatment group were68.9%,86.7%,significantly higher than that of control group(55.6%,71.1%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction plus moxibustion for chronic gastritis has certain therapeutic effect.
