舌质与冠心病相关性研究

Research on the relationship between tongue quality and CHD

目的:探讨舌质与冠心病存在的相关性,为临床提供参考价值。方法:选取在我院进行冠脉造影术的冠心病患者共219例,将其按照舌色分为A组(n=44)、B组(n=96)和C组(n=79)。其中A组患者为淡红舌,B组患者为紫舌,C组患者为暗红舌。根据三组患者造影检查的不同结果,进行统计学分析。结果:结果显示三组患者存在统计学意义,呈现为P<0.05的差异性。三组不同舌质的患者中,紫舌组与暗红舌组阳性率明显高于淡红舌,且以暗红舌组阳性率最高,在冠状动脉造影结果阴性的患者中,紫舌组最高。结论:舌象的各种微妙变化能及时反映心脏各种生理功能和病理表现,对心脏疾病的诊断、治疗、预后等有重要的指导作用,这对临床研究具有重要作用。

Objective:To explore the correlation between tongue quality and coronary heart disease,so as to provide reference value for clinical practice.Methods:A total of219patients with coronary heart disease underwent coronary angiography were divided into group A(n=44),group B(n=96)and group C(n=79).A group of patients with pale red tongue,B group of patients with purple tongue,C group of patients with dark red tongue.Results:The results showed that there were statistically significant differences among the three groups,showing a difference of P<0.05.In the three groups of different tongue patients,the positive rate of purple tongue group and dark red tongue group was significantly higher than that of pale red tongue,and the positive rate of dark red tongue group was the highest,and in patients with negative coronary angiography.Conclusion:The various subtle changes of tongue image can reflect the physiological function and pathological manifestation of the heart in time,and have important guiding effect on the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of heart disease,which plays an important role in clinical research.
