尼莫地平片和丹参通脉化痰胶囊治疗高血压并脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察

Research on treating hypertension with Cerebral Infarction with nimodipine tablets plus the Danshen Tongma Huatan capsule

目的:观察尼莫地平片和丹参通脉化痰胶囊治疗高血压并脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院住院的高血压并急性脑梗死患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗(依那普利10mg.po.bid),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用尼莫地平片(40mg.po.tid)和丹参通脉化痰胶囊(0.5g.po.tid),两组均治疗2周。治疗前后分别测定血压、血液流变学,同时观察临床疗效。结果:两组血压治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);两组间,治疗后治疗组比对照组血压明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗组改善血液流变学指标比对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(98%)高于对照组(87.5%)。结论:尼莫地平片和丹参通脉化痰胶囊可明显改善血液流变学指标,明显降低血压水平,可以明显降低病死率和致残率,改善预后,有效提高患者生活生存质量,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nimodipine tablets plus the Danshen Tongma Huatan capsule on hypertensive patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:90patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with conventional therapy(40mg.po.tid)and the Danshen Tongmu Huatan Capsule(0.5g.po.tid)for2weeks.Results:The blood pressure of the two groups was significantly lower than before(P<0.05).The total effective rate(98%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(87.5%).Conclusion:Nimodipine tablets plus the Danshen Tongma Huatan capsule can significantly improve the hemorheology index,significantly lower blood pressure levels,can significantly reduce the mortality and morbidity,improve the prognosis,effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
