基底动脉尖综合征临床分析一例

A clinical analysis of a case of basilar artery syndrome

基底动脉尖综合征指基底动脉顶端及分出的两对动脉(小脑上动脉和大脑后动脉)狭窄或闭塞所产生的临床综合征。临床中典型的基底动脉尖综合征比较少见,现针对一例典型临床病例进行分析,总结其常见并发症,并进行综合讨论,指导临床医师更好工作,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

The clinical syndrome of the basilar artery syndrome is caused by stenosis or occlusion of the top of the basilar artery and two pairs of arteries(superior cerebellar artery and posterior cerebral artery).The clinical typical basilar artery syndrome is rare,this paper is a case analysis of a typical case of basilar artery syndrome,the common complications are summarized and comprehensive discussion is made to guide clinicians to work better,therefore,it has certain clinical application value.
