活血降压方足浴方治疗高血压病60例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 60 cases of hypertension in TCM

目的:探讨活血降压方足浴方治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法:分析我院近2年来收治的60例气滞血瘀型高血压患者的临床资料,比较活血降压方足浴方加西药硝苯地平缓释片与单用硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的疗效差异。结果治疗组的显著好转率及总有效率分别为60%、86.6%,明显高于对照组(40%、75%),两者存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血降压方足浴方治疗高血压病的临床效果显著。

objective:to study the Huoxue Jiangya prescription for treatment of hypertension.Methods:60patients with hypertension with Qizhi Xueyu too the Huoxue Jiangya prescription plus western medicine.Results:significantly the recovery and total effective rate of treatment group were74%,90%,significantly higher than that of control group(44%,54%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The Huoxue Jiangya prescription showed clinical effect for the treatment of hypertension.
