摘要
目的:探讨肺部低剂量螺旋CT的最佳放射剂量。方法:选取2016年1月-2016年5月于我院进行健康体格检查的人群共80名,将80名研究对象按照检查编号,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例,对照组人群在肺部低剂量螺旋CT检查时给予常规的80m As的放射剂量;观察组人群在肺部低剂量螺旋CT检查时给予20 m As的较低放射剂量,两组人群在接受检查后,比较两组人群的肺部检查扫描的效果。结果:观察组40例人群在接受20 m As的较低放射剂量的肺部低剂量螺旋CT检查后,检查总有效率为92.5%,检查放射总损害率为2.5%;对照组人群检查总有效率为72.5%,检查放射总损害率为10%;观察组人群检查总有效率要明显高于对照组人群,检查放射总损害率明显低于对照组人群,组间检查治疗效果比较具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:临床上在进行肺部低剂量螺旋CT检查时最佳放射剂量为20 m As,应用此剂量可以取得较高的检查总有效率,产生程度最低的机体放射损害,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective:To explore the optimal radiation dose of low dose spiral CT at lung.Methods:80ppatients were randomly divided into two groups,with40cases in the observation group and40cases in the control group.The control group received regular80mAs radiation measurement in the low dose spiral CT in lung while the observation group received20mAs radiation the low dose spiral CT in lung,after the physical examination,the lung scanning effect of two groups was compared.Results:After receiving20mAs radiation measurement in the low dose spiral CT in lung,the total examination efficiency of the observation group was92.5%and the total radiationdamage rate was2.5%while that of the control group was72.5%and10%respectively,the total examination efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total radiation damage rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Clinically,the optimal radiation dose of low dose spiral CT at lung was20mAs,which could achieve higher total examination efficiency and reduce the radiation damage.
