肩周炎患者应用热敏灸与温针灸治疗的临床效果对比分析

A clinical analysis of treating scapulohumeral periarthritisthe by heat sensitive moxibustion and warm acupuncture

目的:为了对比分析热敏灸与温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,选择适宜临床应用的肩周炎疗法。方法:选择2014年11月-2016年11月我院收治的120例肩周炎患者,采用随机数表法将其均分为热敏灸组(60例)和温针灸(60例),分别考察热敏灸与温针灸治疗后的两组的临床治疗效果,评价治疗前后患者JOA和VAS评分及肩关节自由度的情况。结果:治疗后,热敏灸与温针灸治疗肩周炎临床总有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是热敏灸的临床治愈率要显著高于温针灸,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,热敏灸与温针灸治疗组患者治疗后的JOA和VAS评分及肩关节自由度均有明显改善,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与温针灸治疗组相比,热敏灸组患者JOA和VAS评分及肩关节自由度前屈水平改善更为明显,差异显著且有统计学意义(P<0.05);但是两组肩关节自由度外展、外旋、内旋、后伸情况差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热敏灸和温针灸均能有效地治疗肩周炎,但是热敏灸对肩周炎的治疗效果更好,且具有治愈率高、肩关节功能恢复好等特点,值得各医院推广应用。

Objective:To compare and analyze the effect of heat sensitive moxibustion and warm acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:120patients were selected and randomly divided into the heat sensitive moxibustion group and warm acupuncture group respectively.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of both group was100%,the difference was of no statistical significance(P>0.05);The clinical efficacy of the heat sensitive moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of the warm acupuncture group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);The improvement of the JOA and VAS scores and the degree of freedom of the shoulder of the heat sensitive moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the warm acupuncture group,P<0.05;the difference of shoulder abduction,external rotation,internal rotation and back rotation of two groups was of no statistical significance P>0.05.Conclusion:Both heat sensitive moxibustion and warm acupuncture had significant effect in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis,the heat sensitive moxibustion was better.
