The importance of correct administration of TCM decoction in medical records

目的:本文通过报告和分析临床案例,强调突出不正确的中药汤剂服用方法对临床疗效的影响等,并在此基础上阐述中药汤剂的正确服用方法及其重要性。方法:通过对个别案例进行跟踪调查与对比分析,总结出中药汤剂正确服用方法对疗效的影响。结论:中药汤剂的服用方法在中医临床治疗过程中可直接影响治疗的效果,灵活掌握各种服药方法对中药汤剂疗效的保障是十分必要的。

Objective:To emphasize effects of TCM decoction with the wrong administration on the clinical efficacy through the reports and the analysis of clinical cases and to illustrate the the correct administration method and its importance on the TCM decoction.Methods:Correct TCM decoction administration method on the efficacy was summarized based on the individual case tracking investigation and comparative analysis.Conclusion:TCM decoction administration could directly affect the treatment efficacy,and it was necessary to adopt various administration methods to guarantee efficacy of decoction.
