麦冬为临床常用中药材,其属于养阴药,主要功效在于清心润肺、生津养阴。现代医学研究不断深入使得麦冬药理作用被挖掘更多,如麦冬可对平滑肌细胞增殖进行抑制,为心肌缺血提供保护,调节机体免疫功能,抵抗衰老,将血糖降低,抗肿瘤,抗血液流变学改变及抗血栓形成等。现从中国知网、万方数据库等查阅大量资料,具体探讨中药材麦冬的药理作用。

Ophiopogon japonicus is commonly used in clinical medicine,which belongs to Yin medition,the main effect is in clearing heart and moistening lung,nourishing yin.Modern medical research has further mined the pharmacological effects of Ophiopogon japonicus,such as Ophiopogon japonicus can inhibit the proliferation of VSMC,provide protection for myocardial ischemia,regulate immune function,raise the body’s resistance to aging,it will reduce blood sugar,and has the function of anti tumor,anti Hemorheology and thrombosis etc..This paper explores the pharmacological effects of Ophiopogon japonicus from accessing large amounts of data from Chinese CNKI,Wanfang database.
