摘要
药剂学教学内容丰富,知识点繁杂,涉及面广,传统的教学方法以教师讲授为主,学生缺乏学习兴趣,师生互动少且学生很少自主思考问题。为提高教学效果,笔者尝试引入了翻转课堂教学模式。翻转课堂是一种新兴的教学模式,其构建了"以学生为中心"的理念和"学习知识在课外、内化知识在课堂"的新型教学结构。该模式的实施过程为:首先教师在课前制作教学视频,包括PPT、Flash动画、教学录像、测试题库等,将这些教学资源上传至网络平台,供学生在线学习;然后在课堂上教师对知识点进行概括讲解,提出一些有探究价值的问题,让学生进行分组研究和讨论,以加深学生对知识的理解掌握程度,这一阶段是翻转课堂模式能否成功实施的关键;最后教师进行点评总结,学生再进行知识的复习巩固。翻转课堂模式重视教师的指导作用,让学生逐渐成为学习的主角,能够有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,有效弥补传统教学中存在的弊端,对提高教学效果、培养学生的创造性思维起到显著效果。
Pharmaceutics teaching content is rich,knowledge points are complex,involving a wide range.The traditional teaching method is given priority to with teacher’s teaching,students’lack of interest in learning,less interaction between teachers and students and students are rarely independent thinking.In order to improve the teaching effect,the author tries to introduce the teaching model of flipped classroom.Flipped classroom is an emerging teaching model,which builds a“student-centered”concept and“learning after the class,internalization of knowledge in the classroom,”a new teaching model.The process are as follows:firstly,teachers make the teaching videos before the class,including PPT,Flash animation,video,test questions,etc.,these teaching resources are uploaded to the network platform for students to learn online;and then teachers explain knowledge points in the classroom,raise some issues for group study and discussion to deepen the understanding of knowledge,this stage is the key of successful implement for the mode;at last teachers review the summary,and then students review the consolidate of knowledge.The classroom teaching mode emphasizes teachers’guiding function,which makes students become the main characters of learning.It can effectively stimulate the interest of students and make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching.It plays a significant effect on improving teaching effect and cultivating students’creative thinking.
