辛温开玄通络法对糖尿病肾病早中期临床疗效评价研究

Evaluation of clinical efficacy of the Xinwen Kaixuan Tongluo therapy on diabetic nephropathy during early and middle stage

目的:探讨运用辛温开玄通络法配合西医治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取糖尿病肾病(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)符合脾肾阳虚痰瘀证的患者60例,随机分为治疗组(中西医结合用药组)和对照组(西医治疗组),进行随机、对照试验。治疗组在给予西医一般治疗的基础上加用糖尿病肾病中药自拟方治疗;对照组给予西医一般治疗。连续治疗3个疗程。疗程结束后进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为66.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后证候评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量等指标均有明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组病例在治疗中均无不良反应发生。结论:辛温开玄通络法在减轻2型糖尿病肾病(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)症状方面疗效较佳,能改善患者的临床症状及肾功能指标,安全性好。

Objective:To investigate safety and clinical efficacy of the Xinwen Kaixuan Tongluo therapy plus western medicine ondiabetic nephropathy.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into2groups.The control group was given the western medicine;andthe treatment group was given the integrative medicine.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency was83.33%in the treatment group and67.67%in the control group.The treatment group was better(P<0.05).The symptom scores in two groups werebetter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24h urinary protein and other indicatorswere significantly improved in2groups;and the treatment group was better(P<0.05);no adverse reaction occurred in two groups.Conclusion:The Xinwen Kaixuan Tongluo therapy on diabetic nephropathy shows a good effect,can improve clinical symptoms and renalfunction indicators,with good safety.
