化浊通络法治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效分析及对乙醇脱氢酶的影响

Efficacy of the Huazhuo Tongluo therapy on alcoholic hepatitis and the influenceits effect on alcohol dehydrogenase

目的:观察化浊通络组方治疗酒精性肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例酒精性肝炎患者分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。观察两组治疗前后乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性、肝功能(ALT、AST、γ-GT、TBIL)、主要症状的变化并进行比较。结果:治疗组在症状的改善、乙醇脱氢酶活性下降、肝功能的好转方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化浊通络法能使酒精性肝炎患者临床症状及肝功能得到好转,ADH下降与ALT、AST、γ-GT、TBIL呈正相关。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Huazhuo Tongluo therapy on alcoholic hepatitis.Methods:70patientswere divided into2groups,35cases for each.Alcohol dehydrogenase activity,liver function(ALT,AST,γ-GT,TBIL)and the mainsymptoms were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the improvement of symptoms,alcoholdehydrogenase and liver function were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huazhuo Tongluo therapy can improve clinical symptoms andliver function of alcoholic hepatitis patients;and ADH decrement positively correlated with ALT,AST,γ-GT and TBIL.
