中医传统综合治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效分析

An analysis of treating distal radius fractures in TCM

目的:探析中医传统综合治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2013年2月-2016年2月收治的桡骨远端骨折患者100例,将所有患者按照双盲法随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),其中对照组患者采取传统方法治疗,即手法复位后小夹板固定,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用中医综合治疗,即中药汤剂口服以及中药熏洗治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、腕关节功能恢复率以及骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率和腕关节恢复率分别为96.00%和92.00%,均明显高于对照组患者,且观察组患者的骨折愈合时间为(42.78±4.59)d,数据优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在对桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗中采取中医传统综合治疗可提高治疗总有效率以及腕关节功能恢复率,而且可明显缩短患者的骨折愈合时间,适合临床推广。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of TCM on distal radius fractures.Methods:100patients with distal radius fracturesselected from February2013to February2016were randomly divided into the control group(50cases)and observation group(50cases)according to the double-blind method.The control group received traditional treatment,namely splint fixation after the manual reduction.The observation group was given TCM more,namely TCM decoction and TCM fumigation.The total efficiency,the recovery rate of wristfunction and the time of fracture healing were compared between two groups.Results:The total efficiency and the recovery rate of wristjoint were96.00%and92.00%in the observation group,significantly higher than those in the control group.The fracture healing timein the observation group was(42.78±4.59)d,better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM can improve the total efficiency and the recovery rate of wrist function,by significantly shortening the patient's fracture healing time,and is suitable for clinicalpromotion.
