中西医结合治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating combined periodontal-endodontic lesions in the integrative medicine

目的:分析牙周-牙髓联合病变患者实施中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:将我院78例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者按照不同的治疗方法随机分成治疗组(采用常规西医治疗和清胃泻火中药汤剂联合治疗)和对照组(给予常规根管治疗以及抗生素口服治疗),对两组患者治疗总有效率以及治疗前后牙周探诊深度(PD)、探针出血(BOP)、菌斑指数(PLI)以及牙龈出血指数(SBI)等各项指标变化情况进行对比分析。结果:治疗组中治疗总有效35例,总有效率为89.7%;对照组治疗总有效30例,总有效率为76.9%,治疗组患者疗效比对照组好(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后SBI、GI、PLI以及PD等各项牙周指数相对于治疗前都有一定下降(P<0.05),但是治疗组患者治疗后上述各项指数下降比对照组患者更明显(P<0.05)。结论:牙周-牙髓联合病变患者采用中西医治疗具有良好的临床效果,可有效改善患者的临床症状,抗菌效果更强,更值得推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the integrative medicine on combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.Methods:78patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(treated with conventional western medicine plus the Qingwei Xiehuodecoction)and the control group(took conventional root canal therapy plus oral antibiotics).The total efficiency,probing depth,probebleeding,plaque index and gingival bleeding index before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:There were35cases of effective;thetotal efficiency was89.7%in the treatment group.There were30cases of effective;the total efficiency was76.9%in the control group.Theclinical effects were higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).The periodontal indexes of SBI,GI,PLI and PD were decreased after treatment(P<0.05);but the decrease of the indexes in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on combined periodontal-endodontic lesions showed good clinical effects,can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms of patients,with stronger antibacterial effects,is more worthy of promotion.
