中西医结合治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on cervical cancer

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效及对毒副反应的影响。方法:将120例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予化疗,观察组在化疗基础上加用八珍汤加减治疗。结果:治疗后两组的有效率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组毒副反应发生率比较,观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗中晚期宫颈癌可显著减少化疗所致的毒副反应的发生,减少患者的痛苦,改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on cervical cancer and side effects.Methods:120caseswere randomly divided into the control group and observation group,60cases in each.The control group was given chemotherapy;theobservation group took the Bazhen decoction more.Results:There was no significant difference in efficiency between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of side effects in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on cervical cancer in middle and advanced stage can significantly reduce toxic reactions fromchemotherapy and pain,and improve the quality of life.
