引入活力管理机制在护理团队建设中的实践及评价 被引量:6

Evaluation on vitality management mechanism in nursing team construction

摘要 目的:探讨活力管理在护理团队建设中的应用,寻求适宜的护理团队建设方法。方法:通过改善工作环境、营造和谐快乐的工作氛围、实施参与式管理等活力管理方法进行科室管理。以医院制定的护理质量评分标准,护理部质量检查情况等为评价依据。采用活力问卷调查表、护理职业环境评价表进行调查分析。结果:护理部质量检查得分由2014年的90.5~94.5分升至2015年的93.6~97.3分;护士工作活力、护士执业环境评价与活力管理前比较均有显著改善(P<0.01)。结论:应用活力管理后,科室护理质量提升;护士工作活力、护士执业环境感受均有大幅度提高。 Objective:To discuss dynamic management in the nursing team building.Methods:Improving working environment,creating a harmonious and happy working atmosphere and implementation of participatory management were applied in department.Effectswere measured by nursing quality scores in hospital and nursing department,active questionnaire and nursing environmental assessment.Results:In nursing department,QA scores rose from90.5~94.5in2014to93.6~97.3in2015.Nurses vitality,nurse environmentalassessment and vitality were significantly improved.Conclusion:After applying dynamic management,nursing quality,nurses vitality,environmental were greatly improved.
