肥胖患者腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术138例手术护理配合体会

An analysis of nursing for laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy

目的:总结分析肥胖患者接受腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术的手术护理配合要点及临床价值。方法:本研究收集2013年8月-2015年2月内,于我院住院部接受腹腔镜下子宫切除术治疗的肥胖患者共计138例作为研究对象。本组患者均行腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术治疗。对患者手术结果以及术中护理配合体会进行总结。结果:本组患者经腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术治疗均取得满意的手术效果,术中无中转开腹病例,术后未见压疮、灼伤、感染等并发症。结论:肥胖患者实施腹腔镜下子宫次全切除术中掌握手术护理配合方法的临床效果确切,巡回护士、器械护士需要各司其职,掌握护理要点,以提高干预价值。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of nursing on laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy in obese patients.Methods:138patients were given laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomy,and then received nursing.Results:138patients have achieved satisfactorytreatment,with no transfer laparotomy,no pressure sores,burns,infection.Conclusion:Nursing on laparoscopically subtotal hysterectomyin obese patients was effective.Visiting nurse,instrument nurses need to do their job,grasp the key points of nursing,in order to improvethe value of intervention.
