简易浮针疗法联合桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating frozen shoulder by simple superficial acupuncture plus the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction

目的:对简易浮针疗法联合桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗肩周炎的临床疗效进行观察。方法:选取我院收治的102例肩周炎患者,将其按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组给予桂枝芍药知母汤加味进行治疗,水煎,每日早晚两次服用;观察组在对照组基础上给予简易浮针进行治疗,桂枝芍药知母汤加味服用方法同对照组,简易浮针治疗方法为每日1次,两组均治疗1个月。治疗前后分别采用简式Mc Gill疼痛量表(MPQ)评价综合疼痛,从疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和现有疼痛强度(PPI)3个方面对疼痛进行全面评价,并采用Melle评分评定两组患者肩关节活动度;并于治疗1个月后对临床疗效进行评价。结果:观察组治疗1个月后治愈率和总有效率分别为25.5%和94.1%,显著高于对照组的7.8%和74.5%。治疗后两组PRI-T、NWC、VAS、PPI评分均显著下降,但观察组下降更为明显。治疗后两组Melle评分各项均显著下降,但观察组下降更为明显。结论:简易浮针疗法联合桂枝芍药知母汤加味可以显著改善肩周炎患者的临床症状,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of simple superficial acupuncture therapy plus the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoctionon frozen shoulder.Methods:102patients were divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was treated withthe Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction.The observation group was treated with simple superficial acupuncture more.Results:The cured for1month and total efficiency were25.5%and94.1%in the observation group,respectively,obviously higher than7.8%and74.5%in thecontrol group.The scores of PRI-T,NWC,VAS and PPI were significantly decreased in the groups after treatment;but the decrease wasmore obvious in the observation group.After treatment,Melle score in two groups were significantly decreased;but that in the observationgroup was decreased more significantly.Conclusion:Simple superficial acupuncture plus the Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction cansignificantly improve clinical symptoms of frozen shoulder.
