玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床分析

An analysis of treating allergic rhinitis with the Yupingfeng granule plus budesonide nasal spray

目的:分析玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的临床效果。方法:选择2014年9月-2016年5月本院收治的108例过敏性鼻炎患者,根据治疗时所采用的不同方法分为两组,对照组患者48例给予布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗,观察组患者60例在此基础上加用玉屏风颗粒治疗,对比两组的临床效果。结果:观察组患者鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕等临床症状改善情况优于对照组,且生活质量评分为(9.12±0.37)分,显著高于对照组的(5.93±1.43)分,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德喷鼻剂治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,优化生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the Yupingfeng granule plus budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis.Methods:The clinical data of108patients in our hospital from September2014to May2016were divided into two groups according to the differentmethods.48patients in the control group were treated with budesonide.60cases in the observation group were given the Yupingfenggranule more.Clinical effects in the groups were compared.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms such as nasal congestion,nasalitching,sneezing and runny nose in the observation group was better than the control group;and the life quality score was(9.12±0.37),and significantly higher than(5.93±1.43)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TheYupingfeng granule plus budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis is effective,can improve clinical symptoms,optimize life quality,andis worthy of clinical promotion.
