复方丹参滴丸联合西药常规治疗老年冠心病心绞痛75例

Treating 75 cases of senile CHD angina pectoris with the Fufang Danshen dripping pills plus western medicine

目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸联合西药常规治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床效果。方法:采用随机对照平行法将我院收治的149例老年冠心病心绞痛患者进行分组,对照组74例采用西药常规治疗,观察组75例采用复方丹参滴丸联合西药常规治疗。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后每搏输出量(SV)和射血分数(EF)及治疗前后血流动力学变化。结果:观察组总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(79.73%),P<0.05;观察组治疗后血液黏度、全血黏度、纤维蛋白明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后SV、EF明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合西药常规治疗老年性冠心病心绞痛能够改善血流动力学指标,提高心脏射血功能,改善预后等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Fufang Danshen dripping pills plus western medicine on senile CHDangina pectoris.Methods:149elderly patients was sent into2groups.The control group was treated with the conventional westernmedicine.The observation group(75cases)was treated with the Fufang Danshen dripping pills plus western medicine.SV and ejectionfraction were measured before and after treatment;and the hemodynamic changes were compared before and after treatment.Results:Thetotal efficiency was93.33%in the observation group,higher than79.73%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood viscosity,whole bloodviscosity and fibrin were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05);EF was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Fufang Danshen dripping pills plus western medicine can improve the hemodynamic parameters,the ejection function andthe prognosis.
