自拟温阳通脉解毒汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎32例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of thromboangiitis obliterans with the Wenyang Tongmai Jiedu decoction

目的:观察温阳通脉解毒汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效。方法:将65例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者随机分为治疗组32例与对照组33例,治疗组给予温阳通脉解毒汤加减治疗,对照组静脉滴注脉络宁、黄芪注射液,两组疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组中医症候疗效总有效率达96.88%,对照组为78.79%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:温阳通脉解毒汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效可靠。

Objective:To observed the Wenyang Tongmai Jiedu decoction on thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods:65patients wererandomly divided into32cases in the treatment group and33cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with the WenyangTongmai Jiedu decoction.Results:Total efficiency in the treatment group was96.88%,higher than78.79%in control grouop(P<0.01).There was no adverse reaction in groups.Conclusion:The Wenyang Tongmai Jiedu decoction is effective on thromboangiitis obliterans.
