中药栀子甘草豉汤加味用于肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎治疗效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究和分析肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎患者应用中药栀子甘草豉汤加味的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年5月-2016年5月我院收治的肝胃郁热型反流性食管炎患者100例,均分成两组。对照组给予西药奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊进行治疗,而试验组应用中药栀子甘草豉汤加味进行干预。结果:对照组肝胃郁热型反流食管炎患者用药后出现恶心呕吐、全身乏力、头痛头晕等不良状况例数均多于试验组,存在可见差异,P<0.05。由两组肝胃郁热型反流食管炎患者治疗结果可知,试验组的食管黏膜恢复评分在各个阶段明显高于对照组,存在差异,P<0.05。结论:中药栀子甘草豉汤加味治疗肝胃郁热型反流食管炎疾病有较好的临床疗效,明显改善了患者的食管黏膜破损,减少了不良状况的发生概率。 Objective:To explore and analyze efficacy of the Zhizi Gancao Chi decoction on reflux esophagitis of the Ganwei Yuresyndrome.Methods:100patients were divided into two groups,50cases in each.The control group was treated with omeprazole entericcoatedcapsules;the experimental group was treated with the Zhizi Gancao Chi decoction.Results:The adverse events such as nauseaand vomiting,malaise,dizziness and other headache in the experimental group were fewer than those in the control group,P<0.05.Theesophageal mucosal recovery score in the experimental group was significantly higher at each stage,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Zhizi GancaoChi decoction on reflux esophagitis of the Ganwei Yure syndrome shows a good effect,can obviously improve the esophageal mucosallesion and reduce the chance of adverse condition.
