自拟中药方分阶段治疗青春期无排卵性功血临床观察

Clinical observation on treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in puberty with TCM prescription

目的:探讨自拟中药方分阶段治疗青春期无排卵性功血的临床疗效,进一步指导临床。方法:选取2015年5月-2016年6月哈尔滨工程大学医院门诊收治的青春期无排卵性功血患者80例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组患者给予自拟中药方分阶段治疗,对照组患者给予妈富隆治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期,观察两组患者临床治疗效果及出血控制时间、完全止血时间。结果:治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后出血控制时间、完全止血时间明显少于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药方治疗青春期无排卵性功血临床疗效显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of TCM prescription on puberty anovulatory DUB for further guidance inclinic.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,40cases in each;the treatment groupwas given TCM prescription;and the control group was treated with Marvelon;both groups were treated for3menstrual cycles;clinicalefficacy,controlling bleeding time and bleeding ending time in groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment groupwas better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,control of bleeding time,bleedingending time were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the proposed prescription onpuberty anovulatory DUB is significant and worthy of reference.
