围绝经期保健——补肾法联合雌激素补充疗法与单纯雌激素补充疗法比较

Comparison of the Bushen therapy plus estrogen supplement and estrogen supplement therapy alone in perimenopausal health care

目的:对比中医补肾法联合西医雌激素补充疗法与单纯西医雌激素补充疗法用于围绝经期综合征保健治疗的有效性。方法:将我院接诊的96例围绝经期综合征患者按照治疗方法分成对照组(雌激素补充疗法)与观察组(中医补肾加雌激素补充疗法),对比两种方法的治疗效果。结果:观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为93.75%、77.08%,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);观察组用药后激素水平改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医补肾法联合雌激素补充疗法用于围绝经期综合征的保健治疗中可获得较为理想的效果,对改善患者的激素水平、改善治疗预后具有非常重要的意义。

Objective:To compare clinical effects of TCM and western medicine estrogen supplement therapy on perimenopausalsyndrome.Methods:96patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into the control group(estrogen supplement therapy)andobservation group(TCM plus estrogen supplement therapy).Results:The total efficiency in the observation group and the control groupwere93.75%and77.08%respectively(P<0.05).The improvement of the hormone level in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM therapy plus estrogen supplement for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in the health care could obtain a moresatisfactory effect on improving the patient's hormone levels and the prognosis with a very important significance.
