无创通气治疗重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压的效果研究

Effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension

目的:探讨无创通气治疗重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法:收治重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压患者80例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用无创通气治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后试验组指标明显优于对照组。结论:无创通气治疗重度慢阻肺合并肺动脉高压的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease complicated with pulmonary hypertension.Methods:80patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasecomplicated with pulmonary hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimentalgroup.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group added noninvasive ventilation treatment onthe basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the indexes of theexperimental group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The effect of noninvasive ventilation in thetreatment of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension was significant.
