氧疗在高原缺氧损伤患者中的疗效观察及安全性研究

Efficacy and safety of oxygen therapy in patients with high altitude hypoxia injury

目的:探讨氧疗在高原缺氧损伤患者中的疗效。方法:收治高原缺氧损伤患者90例,分为一般组和观察组,一般组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用氧疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显优于一般组(P<0.05)。结论:氧疗在高原缺氧损伤患者中的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of oxygen therapy in patients with high altitude hypoxia injury.Methods:90patientswith high altitude hypoxia injury were selected.They were divided into the general group and the observation group.The generalgroup was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group added oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly betterthan that of the general group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of oxygen therapy in patients with high altitude hypoxia injurywas significant.
