无托槽矫治技术在牙齿矫治患者中的应用效果及对牙周健康的影响

Application effect of non bracket orthodontic technique in patients with orthodontic treatment and its effect on periodontal health

目的:探讨无托槽矫治技术在牙齿矫治患者中的应用效果及对牙周健康的影响。方法:收治口腔正畸患者96例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统直丝弓固定矫治器进行正畸治疗,研究组采用无托槽隐形矫治器进行正畸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组患者牙周健康状况较好。结论:无托槽矫治技术在牙齿矫治患者中应用效果显著,有助于保持牙周健康状态。

Objective:To explore the application effect of non bracket orthodontic technique in patients with orthodontic treatmentand its effect on periodontal health.Methods:96patients with orthodontic treatment were selected.They were randomly divided intothe control group and the study group.The control group was treated with traditional straight wire appliance.The study group wastreated with non bracket invisible appliance.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the studygroup was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the periodontal health ofthe study group was better.Conclusion:The application effect of non bracket orthodontic technique in patients with orthodontictreatment was significant.It was helpful for periodontal health status.
