阿托伐他汀钙治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic plaque

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块的效果。方法:收治下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予阿托伐他汀钙治疗。结果:治疗后,观察组患者下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、CRP低于对照组,HDL-C水平较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:对于下肢动脉粥样硬化斑块患者,阿托伐他汀钙有利于减小斑块,改善血脂、血液生化指标,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic plaque.Methods:70patients with lower extremity atherosclerotic plaque were selected.They were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group with35cases in each.The control group were given routine treatment.The observation group weregiven atorvastatin calcium treatment.Results:After the treatment,the lower extremity atherosclerotic plaque in the observationgroup was lower than in the control group(P<0.05),while the TG,TC,HDL-C,CRP in the observation group were lower than thosein the control group,and the HDL-C level was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with lowerextremity atherosclerotic plaque,atorvastatin calcium can reduce plaque,improve blood lipids,blood biochemical indicators,and italso can improve the therapeutic effect.
