Influence of patient compliance on the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic periodontitis

目的:探讨患者依从性对慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法:收治慢性牙周炎患者80例,分为依从性较强组和依从性较差组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:依从性较强组的相关指标明显优于依从性较差组(P<0.05)。结论:较高的依从性可明显提高慢性牙周炎患者的临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the influence of patient compliance on the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:80patients with chronic periodontitis were selected.They were divided into the high compliance group and the lowcompliance group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the high compliance group,the related indexeswere significantly better than those in the low compliance group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Higher compliance can significantlyimprove the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic periodontitis.
