髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效观察

Effect of core decompression and bone grafting in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head

目的:探讨髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:收治早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者45例(48髋),采用髓芯减压植骨术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:总有效率89.58%。治疗后患者临床症状及体征明显缓解,临床症状积分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:髓芯减压植骨术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of core decompression and bone grafting in the treatment of early avascular necrosis offemoral head.Methods:45patients(48hips)with early avascular necrosis of femoral head were selected.They were treated withcore decompression and bone grafting.We observed therapeutic effects.Results:The total effective rate was89.58%.After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients were significantly relieved,and the clinical symptom scores were significantlydecreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of core decompression and bone grafting in the treatment of early avascular necrosis offemoral head was significant.
