肝动脉灌注联合栓塞治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on the hepatic arterial infusion combined with embolization in the treatment of liver malignant tumor

目的:探讨肝动脉灌注联合栓塞治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的效果。方法:收治肝癌患者30例,分为对照组和观察组各15例,对照组行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞,观察组行经导管肝动脉化疗灌注联合经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:经导管肝动脉化疗灌注联合栓塞治疗,疗效良好,不良反应较少,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of hepatic arterial infusion combined with embolization in the treatment of livermalignant tumor.Methods:30patients with liver cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group,with15cases in each group.The control group were treated with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization.The observation groupwere treated with transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with transcatheter hepatic arterialchemoembolization.Results:The curative effect of the observation group were better than of the control group(P<0.05),and theincidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion:Transcatheter hepaticarterial infusion chemotherapy combined with embolization has good curative effect,with less adverse reaction and safety.
