中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的:研究分析中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机平分两组。试验组使用中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减治疗,常规组使用单独的中医治疗骨伤手法进行治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效进行研究分析。结果:试验组的总体有效率(95.0%)明显高于常规组(75.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗过程中,使用中医骨伤手法联合独活寄生汤加减疗法具有较为明显的治疗效果,能够帮助患者快速恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation combined with Duhuo Jishengdecoction in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:80patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniationwere selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The experimental group was treated by traditionalChinese medicine manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction,while the conventional group was only treated bytraditional Chinese medicine manipulation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:The totaleffective rate of the experimental group(95%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(75%),and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,traditional Chinesemedicine manipulation combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction can achieve significant effect,which can help patients recoverquickly.
