血必净治疗急性有机磷农药中毒致心肌损害的疗效及机制探讨

Effect and mechanism of Xue Bi Jing Injection in the treatment of myocardial injury induced by acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的:探讨血必净治疗急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)致心肌损害的疗效及对血清中核因子(NF)-κB和白细胞介素(IL)-6水平的影响。方法:收治AOPP致心肌损害患者150例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血必净,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,在治疗组,血清中cTnI、CK-MB、NF-κB和IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),E/A和LVEF明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血必净可减轻AOPP患者的心肌损害,抑制血清中NF-κB和IL-6水平是其可能机制之一。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xue Bi Jing injection in the treatment of myocardial injury induced by acuteorganophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)and influence on nuclear factor(NF)-κB and interleukin(IL)-6levels in serum.Methods:150patients with myocardial injury induced by AOPP were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatmentgroup and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The treatment group added Xue Bi JingInjection on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the treatmentgroup,the levels of cTnI,CK-MB,NF-κB and IL-6were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);E/A andLVEF were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xue Bi Jing can reduce myocardial damagein patients with AOPP.Inhibition of NF-κB and IL-6in serum may be one of the possible mechanisms.
